The Organizational Development (OD) SIG of GCATD is a growing community of change agents, talent-development professionals, and OD practitioners committed to the transformational potential within organizations. Our purpose is to provide a space for thoughtful discussion, peer learning, and practical problem solving — all held with a shared passion and perseverance for organizations change and improvement.

  • Bi-monthly virtual meetings (every 3rd Thursday, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM) where we dive into topics like change management, growth consulting, systems thinking, leadership development, and culture strategy.
