ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Gary Mertz, SHRM-SCP, CSC is a Learning and Development Instructor. A lifelong entrepreneur with over 45 years of expertise in Human Resources and Business Development, Gary earned a BS in Business Administration from Franklin University, completed the University of Georgia/Sherpa Executive Coaching program, and was awarded a Certificate in Health and Wellness counseling from the State University of New York Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Mertz has served on the Northern Kentucky Workforce Investment Board, is a past Board member and Chair at NKY SHRM, and as well a Regional Workforce Development Consultant at Gateway Community & Technical College.

Additionally, Gary served as an adjunct faculty member at Gateway Community College as an Achieve Global Leadership Development training facilitator and instructor. Gary also holds both HRCI and SHRM-SCP accreditations in Human Resource Management.
