Input is in my top 5 strengths so sometimes I have a bad habit of information overload. The two talent development podcast I listen to most frequently are ATD's "The Accidental Trainer" and The Learning Futures Group's "Learning Is the New Working."
I do have a ton of other work related podcasts in my library that I'll pick up from time to time: Learning Uncut, ATD DE&I Podcast, Radical Candor, HBR Women at Work, Work Life with Adam Grant, and HBR Presents The Anxious Achiever. With those I tend to scroll and pick and choose based on topic.

Sometimes it can be a process improvement that can save time or money. Sometimes it’s the cool new thing like VR or AR. I’m in a department of one. So innovation can be things that are new to me. I appreciate any opportunity I can learn from my peers. I like to take advantage of any SIG meeting I can join. I want to hear what’s been tested and is working in other companies so I can decide how to apply it to my company. I’ve also been listening to a lot of podcasts. While I take a quick walk around the block or mow the grass I can catch up on what others are working on.

I like Camtasia; it's easy to use. I used it for promoting a Design Thinking workshop back in November led by our own Marvin DeJean.
