Input is in my top 5 strengths so sometimes I have a bad habit of information overload.  The two talent development podcast I listen to most frequently are ATD's "The Accidental Trainer" and The Learning Futures Group's "Learning Is the New Working."

I do have a ton of other work related podcasts in my library that I'll pick up from time to time: Learning Uncut, ATD DE&I Podcast, Radical Candor, HBR Women at Work, Work Life with Adam Grant, and HBR Presents The Anxious Achiever.  With those I tend to scroll and pick and choose based on topic.

    Thanks for your post Kristie!

Could you share a podcast site you like to use for your professional development?

I get a lot of emails from various organizations about all sorts of topics related to talent development.

Here is a free webinar on keeping learners engaged with video.

It's being put on by TechSmith, which makes the Camtasia video-editing software, so it is part of their marketing plan; however, they can often be some good nuggets of info to discover.

I like Camtasia; it's easy to use. I used it for promoting a Design Thinking workshop back in November led by our own Marvin DeJean.

What are innovation and creativity and how can TD professionals improve their fluency in this area?
