    Attend a webinar today (Digital Learning is the New Reality: A Roadmap for Global Learning, HR and Talent Leaders) where they talked about the power of incorporating an assessment tool to see where people are at with skills that then serves up the appropriate content to match their gaps.  Does anyone have context on how to best do this?? I like the idea of assessments vs. managers trying to generalize needs for their teams, but we don't have a way to go about this.  Thank you for your insights!
